Secure Checkout & Payment Information
Secure Checkout & Payment Information
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
PCSalesOnline.com is owned and operated by Key Supplier LLC, an independent online software retailer.
We use encrypted connections, established payment providers, and fraud-prevention measures designed to protect customers during checkout and payment processing.
1. Secure Checkout
PCSalesOnline.com uses HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.
Before entering payment information, confirm that:
- The website address begins with
https://pcsalesonline.com; - Your browser displays a secure connection; and
- You are using the official PCSalesOnline website.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, fraud, and misuse.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Visa;
- Mastercard; and
- Other card or digital-wallet payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment-method availability may depend on your:
- Country;
- Currency;
- Device;
- Browser;
- Order value; and
- Payment-provider availability.
Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available for a particular order.
3. Payment Processing
Card payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
Payment information is generally submitted directly to Stripe. PCSalesOnline does not normally receive or store:
- Complete payment card numbers;
- Card security codes;
- Online banking passwords; or
- Digital-wallet credentials.
We may receive limited payment information, including:
- Card brand;
- Last four digits of the card;
- Payment-method type;
- Transaction reference;
- Payment status;
- Payment country; and
- Fraud or risk indicators.
Stripe processes personal and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Payment Authorization
Payment must be successfully authorized before a digital product can be delivered.
An order may be delayed, declined, or cancelled if:
- The payment is not authorized;
- The billing information cannot be verified;
- The payment provider identifies a security concern;
- The transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent;
- Additional order verification is required; or
- The selected payment method is unavailable.
If your payment is declined, contact your bank or card issuer for more information.
For security reasons, PCSalesOnline may not receive the exact reason why a financial institution declined a payment.
5. Fraud Prevention and Order Review
We use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures designed to protect customers and our business.
These measures may evaluate:
- IP address;
- Device information;
- Payment country;
- Order history;
- Transaction patterns;
- Payment-provider risk signals; and
- Other relevant security indicators.
Some orders may be temporarily held for additional verification.
If an order cannot be verified or fulfilled, it may be cancelled. Any successfully collected payment will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable.
6. Currency and Additional Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
Your bank or card issuer may apply:
- Currency-conversion charges;
- International transaction fees;
- Bank fees; or
- Other third-party charges.
These charges are controlled by the relevant financial institution and are not collected by PCSalesOnline.
Please review the final price and currency before submitting your payment.
7. Digital Delivery After Payment
Digital delivery begins after payment has been successfully authorized and any required security review has been completed.
Depending on the product, delivery may include:
- A software product key;
- A digital license;
- A download link;
- Installation instructions; and
- Activation instructions.
Most eligible orders are processed shortly after successful payment. Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment authorization, fraud checks, email-provider delays, product availability, or technical issues.
More information is available in our Digital Delivery Policy.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
After PCSalesOnline initiates a refund, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on your:
- Bank;
- Card issuer;
- Payment provider; or
- Financial institution.
Refund eligibility and processing conditions are explained in our:
Digital Products Return, Refund and Activation Guarantee Policy
