RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PcSalesOnline, we are steadfast in our dedication to customer satisfaction. Our return policy has been carefully constructed to provide a comprehensive and unified guideline, bifurcated into two sections depending on the type of product: Digital Products and Physical Products.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

At PcSalesOnline, we endeavor to deliver superior service pertaining to our return policy.

Non-returnable and Non-refundable Digital Products:

Due to the inherent nature of digital products and immediate access to their content, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Once a digital product is purchased and an access or download link is furnished, the transaction is deemed to be concluded.

Refunds are explicitly unavailable under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind:  Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of digital products, we are unable to process refunds stemming from changes of mind or product dissatisfaction. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be traditionally "returned".
  • Misinterpretation of Product Descriptions:  Customers are assumed to thoroughly review product descriptions and compatibility requirements prior to making a purchase. Refunds will not be granted due to any misunderstandings.
  • Technical Issues:  We are not liable for any technical complications on the customer's side, such as incompatible devices or internet connection issues. Completed software activations cannot be reversed or added back to our stock.

Product Exchanges:

Exchanges of software purchases can be processed within 30 days following the completion of the order, granted that the customer has not activated the software.

Exceptions:

We acknowledge the possibility of exceptional circumstances that may necessitate a refund. In such cases, we will consider refunds under the following provisions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If a customer inadvertently purchases the same digital product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchase following verification.
  • Faulty Product:  In the unlikely event of a defective or corrupted digital product that cannot be accessed or utilized properly, we will conduct a thorough investigation. Should the problem originate from our end, a refund may be granted.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used during the purchase. While refunds are initiated from our platform immediately, the timeframe for the funds to be reflected in the customer's account is solely contingent on their card issuer and/or bank. It may take up to 10 business days.
